  1. USPS lost my package for most of a week. After going through their lost package process, I emailed Blue Ridge Brass so they could start a claim and hopefully send a replacement. In less than a day, over a holiday weekend, I received an email from the CEO stating they would have a replacement sent via UPS the following week. As it turned out, the package went from USPS purgatory to my front door the next business day. I will certainly do business here again.

  6. I don’t know what to say…it’s dirty brass.!? All kidding aside, Blue Ridge Brass is a fine business. I haven’t had any issues, they say they throw in extra brass to cover any dented or damaged cases, I wouldn’t know because I’m not counting it and I haven’t run into many dented cases. I’ve also ordered the processed brass, it’s as close to new as you can get, but it’s pricey. Customer service is excellent and orders ship in a timely manner. I plan to order again when I run low.
