Additional Information about Brass Processing
- Sort out the brass that you would like to have processed by caliber. There is no need to count your brass before sending it.
- We accept brass to be processed whether it is clean or dirty. Sending already cleaned brass saves time and increases turn around speed! There is no difference in price for sending clean brass.
- We recommend using USPS flat rate boxes to ship your brass. Sender is responsible for shipping costs to and from Blue Ridge Brass LLC.
- Using a liner like a good trash bag or heavy plastic is preferred. Properly taping the entire box is a necessity as USPS is not easy on heavy packages.
- Please download, print and complete the Brass Processing form and include it with your brass so we can have your brass processed and returned to you as quickly as possible
- Ship all brass to 7466 Lee Hwy Troutville, Va 24175. Please email Austin@blueridgebrass.com or contact us prior to sending brass so we know to expect your package. If you want to drop it off in person, you must make an appointment.
Payment methods: Venmo, Google Wallet, Zelle, Credit/debit card, Check or Money Order made out to Blue Ridge Brass LLC, and of course in-person cash!
Brass processing price is based per piece. Unusable brass will be discarded. You will only be charged for the number of pieces processed and returned to you + any applicable shipping fees.
No finished product will be shipped by Blue Ridge Brass LLC until paid in full.
2024 Updates:
We would like to take a moment and thank all our customers for hanging in there with us over these last few years. To say this industry has changed and presented challenges would certainly be the understatement of the year! For all our loyal customers both new and old we look in 2024 to have more of your favorite calibers in stock and ready to ship as we continually add brass suppliers and sources, improve our processing capabilities and streamline our production practices. Thank you for supporting our family and this industry throughout the years. Here’s to a productive and healthy year for all of us in 2024!
At this time, we are only listing and selling the products we have quantities of on hand.
This is the main reason some once fired reloading brass items show out of stock for extended periods. We have chosen not to accept back orders as our competitors do because this can lead to order accuracy issues, product shortages and undue frustration to our valuable customers. Once items are made available for purchase on the website, they are sold on a first come, first served basis until out of stock. This is the only fair and consistent way to ensure access to products.
Sign up for our email “in stock” notifications!
So you will be notified when products become available! Many popular calibers including: 223, 9mm, and 300blk have hundreds of customers signed up to be notified. Most of these products sell out within hours of the notification email being sent so check your email often if these are your desired products. We will make every effort to send out a mass email to everyone signed up for our updates and give an approximate date that products will become available when working popular calibers in large batches. If you receive an “in stock” notification email but find that the item shows “sold out” this means that the product has already been purchased by others signed up for the notifications. We do not typically hold any product in reserve and more than likely will not be able to fill an order request by email.
The best way to get what you want is to check back often and watch for those emails!!
Lastly, due to increased order volume, processing volume and the general insanity that is this industry right now, we are completely inundated with calls, texts, emails and voicemails. We do our absolute best to get back to everyone who has a question about our processes and products but it may take some time.
We thank everyone for their patience and would direct you to our FAQ page before contacting us directly. The answer to your questions could just be a click away! If you don’t find what you need in our FAQ’s then please feel free to reach out to us at the contact information below!
Stay Safe, Stay Alert, Stay Healthy and Happy Loading!
