Brass Processing

Want to take the stress and guesswork out of brass processing?

You can send us your brass for us to process saving you time and costly equipment!

Follow our step-by-step process to get your brass on its way to us:

  • Sort out the brass that you would like to have processed by caliber. There is no need to count your brass before sending it.

  • We accept brass to be processed whether it is clean or dirty. Sending already cleaned brass saves time and increases turn around speed! There is no difference in price for sending clean brass.

  • We recommend using USPS flat rate boxes to ship your brass. We can email you an already filled out-printable PDF shipping label for whatever size flat rate you are sending. We have a corporate accounts with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Call, email or text us to set up your shipping label. (Sender is responsible for shipping costs to and from Blue Ridge Brass LLC. Shipping label cost will be added to final processing price)

  • Using a liner like a good trash bag or heavy plastic is preferred. Properly taping the entire box is a necessity as USPS is not easy on heavy packages

  • Please download, print and complete the Brass Processing form and include it with your brass so we can have your brass processed and returned to you as quickly as possible

  • Ship all brass to 515 Cardigan Dr. Blue Ridge, VA 24064. Please email brassprocessing@blueridgebrass.com or contact us prior to sending brass so we know to expect your package.

Payment methods: Emailed invoice (that you can pay online using a card), Venmo, Google Wallet, Check or Money Order made out to Blue Ridge Brass LLC, and of course in-person cash!

Typical processing time is between 5-10 business days depending on payment, quantity, and condition of brass.

Brass processing price is based per piece. Unusable brass will be discarded unless otherwise requested. You will only be charged for the number of pieces processed and returned to you + any applicable shipping fees
