Been doing business with Blue ridge Brass for a lot of years. They have the best prices of all the company's I do business with. In this day and age when components are hard to come by they come thru.
I ordered 2500 bullets and 1000 brass. I recieved my package that only included the 1000 brass. On the same day I contacted blueridgebrass about the problem. They asked if the package was opened. Upon inspection the package was in exactly the expected shape and showed no signs it was opened and resealed (why would a thief go through the effort of stealing 1/2 of a package?).
After I verified it was unlikely the package was tampered with (including pictures). I have heard nothing from blueridgebrass for 2 days now. Hopefully I will get this cleared up after Christmas…
I first got a message saying they didn't have enough product to fill the part of the order so I agreed to the reduced amount. Then then said the price was wrong and they wanted more money or a lower count of bullets. I ask for a refund which they did. They need to be more organized, I won't buy from them again.
